These spaces allow parents and educators to share experiences and learn about parenting collectively.
Evening or morning discussions provide a platform for parents to delve into education and exchange insights. Each meeting is an enabling experience which helps families develop the understanding, qualities, attitudes, and skills of a new type of conscious parents.

Our dynamic team comprises qualified teachers, including native English and Romanian speakers. They undergo in-house training in Building a Noble Character, Montessori and Reggio Emilia methods. Our teachers receive ongoing, specialized training to stay at the forefront of innovative educational practices, ensuring they're well-prepared to inspire our students.

Our administrative team is known for their dedicated and personalized approach. The director, with an open-door policy, actively invites the Joyful Gems community to participate in discussions on personal matters, innovative projects, education, and even collaborative service initiatives.
At Joyful Gems, our warm and friendly support staff, including cooks, cleaners, and maintenance personnel, work diligently to create a comfortable and secure environment for your children to thrive in.
